The hotel is slightly elevated so it looks straight over the ocean with a small pebble beach just across the promenade. The two pools are positioned to spotlight the views, framed by terraces. The lobby has an air of regal Victoriana. It’s a whirl of wood-pedestalled pillars, velvet red banquettes and parlour palms.
